Upgrading Boot version and Flash

Hi, How do I update the Boot code and Flash. I can't find the procedure anywhere on any PDF (maybe I'm not looking hard enough). I have boot code 1.97 and Flash 2.54. I turn the HAWK on while holding down the "Write" button. What next?
