UPD.: It powers on. But it didnt recieve midi from keyboard. However I tried it with sequencer. And some strange things going on. DCO1 octave 1,2 make noises and waves do not switch. DCO2 octave 1 make noise and wave can`t be switch. Also can`t get work release for dco1 or dco2 env.

The good news it works without jumper, with original ROM and IC29 in sockets. I assume nothing damaged on mainboard and sockets soldered well. Should it power ups with original ROM and IC29 but with write jumper? Because first time I forget to desolder jumper, and it didn`t power up.
Does it mean that problem in hawk board? Is there are any steps how to check it? Because visually soldering seems ok.

The board is only double sided. It has no internal layers. So top and bottom is all you have to worry about.
The other thing to watch is that I've had a couple of customers with the power rails trimmed too low and when the HAWK board was added in the voltage dropped just a little more and so HAWK would not work until the +5V rail was set back to exactly 5V. But that is a rare problem.
