I just recently installed the HAWK 800 mod in my Poly 800 MK1. When I turn it on the display flashes "88 88 88" and doesn't change to the "HA-800" as said that it should in the manual. I tried to test all of my work after this happened. I replaced the two original chips, desoldered the cpu write jumper and the synth worked fine with the original configuration. I checked continuity on the ribbon connectors. I also checked every solder joint on the hawk board and that the chips were in the right place. I have the boot ROM v. 1.95 Please help Thanks, Ethan
