Korg Poly800/EX800 Users

After doing some tests, I think it may be a bad pitch bend slider as someone suggested, since the more I moved/worked it, the bending began to work.  What is the pitch bend range of the poly 800 at the highest setting?  Currently it goes from C up to G and C down to F.
