Take the pin for VCF CV INPUT in the NJM and follow the tracks backwards.
Set EG3 and LFO to VCF int to 0. Now send a sustained midi note from a
sequencer and make it loop, then using a meter you should mesure a voltage
variation at the NJM pin and as you move backwards at some point the variation
will stop and you should get a stable voltage, this point is probably the cause
of the problem, then you must test the part in between the 2 points to see
if it's fried, my guess is it's a bad transistor or you managed to fry the NJM input.
