sorry for piping up here, but i read about 
the multiple cv in thing. 

i'm a synthedit user, so i don't know if it applies, 
but if i want to have the option to have several 
voltages addressing one voltage range, i use a 
control comparator to control the cv input: 
eg, if higher than zero, the switch goes on.

my cv input is then governed by a divider, which 
has a default of 1(can't div by zero), each 
additional input adds one to the divider; so if 
i have to cv inputs, the total is divided automa-
tically by 2 and so on; dunno if this applies in 
realworld situations and what dangers are ;-/
