The LFO is software produced. It is output onto a eight D2A sample and hold outputs (IC8).
See the bottom right hand corner of the circuit schematic.
It shows the specific outputs and what they're used for.

I am gathering info about the internal non-Chorus LFOs.
So far, I've seen IC 7 - P 7, P 14
I've also seen IC 8 - P 5 mentioned.
Where are they?
