OK, so one of my customers (Evan Montpellier) had a problem with his AtomaHawk installation. So I sent him a replacement DS1666.
Then I dropped him an email saying "it's on its way" and then his email bounces.
So if you're out there Evan, drop me a note so I can update my email and get your EX-800 working properly again.
