Here's how I ended up replacing the battery to my DW-6000 which has  
the same soldered in battery:

You can get this board with a battery holder for a CR-2032 from http://www.nkcelectronics.com/battery-holder-board-cr20322032.html 
  for $3.49 and jumper it to the main board with a lot less hassle and  
the ability to replace it again at some point far in the future. -pc

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
