yeah, that means you have to build your own cable because those wires 
don't exist in regular MIDI cables.  So you've got a 9vdc adaptor 
running into a hacked-together MIDI cable - what a mess.  Why not just 
plug the adaptor into the socket the Poly 800 already has??
