The thing that would really get my checkbook 'busy' would be a USB 2.0 port.  Then, I could connect the Poly 800 to FL Studio 8 without any MIDI to USB adapter nonsense.

HI Poly fans,

Well, Merry Christmas, Happy Hanukkah and all the rest of good will to
all humankind, but especially my fellow Poly fans.

Well, you will be happy to know that I've made some big progress in
improving MIDI support for the HAWK-800.

First, the MIDI input buffer has been grown to 8K. It won't overflow
anymore.

Second, there are now two new sample and hold waveforms available to
modulate with. One is in sync with the onboard sequencer or MIDI
clock. The other is a sample and hold when the sequencer loops. This
gives excellent synchronized modulation along with MIDI or the onboard
seq.

I have not released the code yet but it will be posted soon.
