Believe it or not, that IC size is a standard. Though rarely used.
And you can pick them up at many places but you have to make sure that you specify the right type because there is a narrow version of the 22 pin socket too.

Hi
wanted to know if anybody has a source for a DIP socket that fits the
NJM2069 IC?
seems to be somewhat non-standard IC width - wonder if Korg did that
on purpose?
I know, I could always just measure it and use 2 SIP sockets on a
custom PCB, but maybe someone's already got an off-the-shelf solution?
