Korg Poly800/EX800 Users

It was just binary in the EPROM. I commented the code after it was
disassembled by the disassembler.

There is very little of the disassembled code that I've not commented.

The envelope generators is about all that's left that isn't fully
commented.

And even that is slowly getting thoroughly commented.
