one way would sound like "bleoop", and he inverse would sound like in 
inverted "bleoop" ;)

off the top of my head, i can't think of a popular synth that implements 
it, but have the option to raise or lower the filter cuttoff [or 
resonance] (level or EG level) based on velocity.
