Hi there. I had the same problem with my Poly 800. I desoldered all switches, even though many still worked fine. Replaced them with similar siwtches, only the new ones are smaller so I have to hit the Poly's buttonsright in the middle in order for them to work. Otherwise, they work fine. I'm uploading two pictures - halfway thru the process (old switches are black and bigger) and after replacing all switches. hope this helps Dave > >From: Michael Hawkins <korgpolyex800@...> > >Reply-To: korgpolyex@yahoogroups.com > >To: korgpolyex@yahoogroups.com > >Subject: Re: [korgpolyex] Button help PPPlease!! > >Date: Thu, 4 Jan 2007 08:57:08 -0800 (PST) > > > >I would love to see a photo of your "new" switches on your EX800. > > > >Or maybe I wouldn't! > > > > > >darkcube <darkcube@...> wrote: > > On Thu, 4 Jan 2007, Erik Hines wrote: > > > > > I found an EX at the thrift store for $7.00!
