Daimo makes a whole series of labelers for things just like this. They have them at home depot, radio shack, most drugstores.

Heh. That's definitely the old-school way of doing it! You can also use a labeler like the
Brother P-Touch (love that name), and I think you can buy inkjet-printable plastic sticker
material. That would work too if you had some kind of protective coating on it.
