Could be one of the OP Amps in the filter circuit, and that's why you're hearing the noise intermittently... Jobiwan

if i uploaded a quick audio sample of my poly800, does anybody here think they could detect a problem with the output signal? certain patches make a scratchy sound like theyre playing from a tape/record. i've tried the headphone out, and both line outs but they all make the same sound.
