> What did you search for alternative? Are there other mods to do? Well, people basically said that the other trimpots are not useful functions to bring to the front panel. However, someone mentioned a mod for creating a dedicated mod for the chorus, and I got to thinking. I don't like the chorus on this machine--EX-800--and am thinking of building in a Boss or Yamaha chorus, from a stompbox, and putting knobs on the face to control it. I wonder--where's the chorus board? Perhaps I could just replace it with the board from, say, a CE-2, and then when the chorus parameter is set to "1" the signal would be passed through the Boss board instead of the original one. And I could solder in leads to knobs installed near the others. Forgive me if I'm insulting those of you who like the chorus, but it's so noisy I can't bear it. It makes me Juno-60 sound quiet by comparison!
