Replacing the chorus

Well, people basically said that the other trimpots are not useful
functions to bring to the front panel. However, someone mentioned a
mod for creating a dedicated mod for the chorus, and I got to thinking.

I don't like the chorus on this machine--EX-800--and am thinking of
building in a Boss or Yamaha chorus, from a stompbox, and putting
knobs on the face to control it. I wonder--where's the chorus board?
Perhaps I could just replace it with the board from, say, a CE-2, and
then when the chorus parameter is set to "1" the signal would be
passed through the Boss board instead of the original one. And I
could solder in leads to knobs installed near the others.

Forgive me if I'm insulting those of you who like the chorus, but it's
so noisy I can't bear it. It makes me Juno-60 sound quiet by comparison!
