Hi Michelle and welcome.

As regards manuals, the K1M manual is probable available on the Kawai 
website. It does require some trawling and I'll try to have a look 
but the K1 was on there so...

The other two devices I am unaware of but others will direct you to 
the best sources. As regards the age of the equipment, I too have 
just acquired the K1 from a friend and have just spent about 2 months 
sorting out MIDI with the computer so if I can be of any help feel 
free to ask!
