There are a lot of different ways to do this. I don't know a think about Cubase. Assuming you are on a Windows-running PC, you could do it with RelayKB (http://www.sonicspot.com/relaykb/relaykb.html), which has a SysEx-sending screen. You may need to set your synth's MIDI to receive on channel one for this to work...
