There are a lot of different ways to do this. I don't know a think
about Cubase. Assuming you are on a Windows-running PC, you could do
it with RelayKB (http://www.sonicspot.com/relaykb/relaykb.html),
which has a SysEx-sending screen. You may need to set your synth's
MIDI to receive on channel one for this to work...

Move to quarantaine

This moves the raw source file on disk only. The archive index is not changed automatically, so you still need to run a manual refresh afterward.
