If they were your own and they weren't saved on sysex filer somewhere, 
I'm sorry, no.
Same thing happened to me once, very frustrating.

However, here is a site with all kinds of K3 patches.

Troy is very helpful at Kawai USA. He should be able to step you 
through the procedure on loading these new patches as it is not as 
intuitive as on the later Kawai models.
