There's a board before the transformer. Is there power in the socket the transformer plugs in? Also, try to check for resistance in the wires from that socket to transformer in. You'll need to remove the tape around it. Maybe Kawai(Not US one, they don't reply you) could sell you a transformer or tell you the specs of it.
