Emulator II Manual

Has anyone else had trouble with printing the Emulator II manual? I downloaded the one from Cyborgstudio.com (top Google result for "Emulator II Manual") and though it's perfect on a computer screen as a PDF, it seems to misprint. (Paragraphs and lines come out of order and sentences are cut off, et cetera.) Anyone have any ideas?
