Is it good idea to replace the PSU's capacitors by new capacitors?

Hi, I already wrote a description of my problem with the PSU. What do you think, is it a good idea to replace the PSU's electrolytic capasitors (which are 18 years old) by a new (but equivalent) capasitors (from 2003 year) ? Should I do it? Thank you everybody! Grigory
