I need some advice on where to begin  trouble shooting an EII+ that will not boot up.  I started with the PS, and it checks out, I tested it in another EII and works also it is putting out the correct voltages.  The symptoms after you flip the power switch on;  All LEDs come on and stay lit, no LCD display at all. Sometimes only the floppy drive LEDs come on and nothing else. CPUs? MainBoot ROM, Scanner? Not sure where to start?    Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Anyone have the .bins of the MainBoot and Scanner for an EII+?
