just bought a Emulator II+ service info needen please

I just bought a II+ i'm very happy with it exept that it needs a bit of service. 2 voices are dead and 1 is distorting. I opened the lith and noticed that 4 ic's are missing, the are IC 149,IC151, IC139 and IC134. Is this normal? i can't find any info in the servicemanual about type (i'm not a pro tech) Thanks for your help! Alessandro
