does anybody knows how to tune the emulator ii without using the TUNE function in the master control panel. the overall tunning, wich is out of tune differs with de tunning when i play a sequence.. strange, right? any suggestion are welcome.

Maybe your pitch wheel is out of calibration?

From memory there is a trimmer that is near the wheel (or where it connects to the board) that is for just this purpose.

I hope this helps
Regards
Mike

If not the pitch wheel and all pitches are uniformly sharp or flat, check your power supply voltages and connections.
