The R5 on the EMAX1 PSU is a large grey colored resistor w/ blue(6), grey(8), black(0), and a gold stripe. This would make it a 680 ohms resistor w/5% tolerance (due to the gold stripe at the end).. The R14 resistor looks similar but has a violet stripe instead of blue making it a 780 ohms resistor. Hope this info helps
