Very early EII for sale. Amazing shape, hundreds of discs. SF Bay area.

I hate to see it go, but I'm trying to simplify my life and get rid of things that I don't use very often, and the EII is going up for grabs.

This is a revision 0 model, serial number #54 with amazingly few scratches and dings. Both disc drives function properly, and I just replaced most of the RAM, bringing it back up to speed and eliminating a crackling it had during sample playback.

This particular keyboard belonged to Fleetwood Mac, and includes their disc library, as well as a disc library that I inherited from the keyboardist of Jellyfish. I would estimate that there are about 500 discs in total, ranging from EII factory sample libraries, to sample discs labeled with the specific Stevie Nicks song they were used on, to a very extensive foley colelction that I've been told not to advertise that I have, but it's all part of the package.

Local pick-ups are preferred, but I would consider shipping, as well.

Wanted to give the EII group the first stab at this before I hit Craig's List and eBay with it. $600 firm.

Thanks,
Brent Elliott

Hi again,

I've received a few emails already on this, which is great, just wanted to clarify a couple of things. I'd much prefer dealing locally because as you all know, the EII is a particular beast, and I'd like to let whoever wants to purchase it give it a full check-up before taking it home. Also, I'd hate to ship a fully working keyboard to someone only to have it arrive in non-working condition because some chips popped out in flight.

BUT! If I can't drum up any local interest, I would be willing to ship it away, just understand that I'd have to tack on a bit for shipping and handling (exact cost, of course). You can check my eBay feedback (username: thesecretmission), which is 100% positive. In short, I'd like this keyboard to get the use it deserves, and I'd like whoever buys it to be 100% satisfied with it.

Thanks again,
Brent Elliott
