Disc Drives!

Hi all! I am about to have the EII looked at as the disc drives have lights flashing but they do not spin and read the discs! I have read on here that it could be that the power supply from the PSU needs adjusting to ensure the right voltage is going to the the drives. I have been searching on the site but cannot find anything to print off to help the engineer other than schematics etc. If anybody has any info that may help with the speedy repair to my EII I would really appreciate it - to date I have never even had it boot up - and I have had it since September! So please guys - any help would be really well received! many thanks Mike
