Emulator II & SD up and running with my Quadra 840AV

Hi all - first post, and I wanted to share that my EII is up-and- running with the SD and my beloved Quadra 840AV. Mine seems to work fine, but crashed when I attempt to play the edited sample within SD through the Mac's speaker.... Anyone have any insights? Resouce forks are a bit of a pain to work with, but I'm hoping my CD arrives from Ron happy and well recognized by the system. Too much fun!!
