In fact I'm pretty sure the SD layout is the same as the layout of the
bank stored on an EII disk, except for the fact that the EII disk may
also contain the OS on the remaining 70K of the disk.
Anyway, this won't help you because there's no way that you can write
EII disks (either 3.5" or 5.25") on a PC or a Mac. The sector/track
protocol of the EII is not supported by the BIOS/Controllers of a
PC/Mac.
So it's true that the only way to get these files on EII disks is by
sending them to the EII with SD and then save them to disk.
