E-II vs E-II+ is there any major differece b/c sample time's still 17.6

Hello Group

My question is I have an E-II and the E-II+. they both have
Rev 1 Boards both manufactured in 1984,is there any major
difference between the two????sample time is still 17.6
running O.S 3.1 .I did notice what looks like xtra eproms
on the plus model but how and what would that be for???
Lastly when I try to access bank 2 on the plus model the
enter and disk light stay lit with a message display of
 Di">>K [1 or 2!N []
what does that mean???
please help i want to get both these icons back up PAR.

Thanx

P.S.
is one model better than the other or better suited for
certain task and MODs

The only difference should be that the EII+ has double times the
memory as the normal EII.

This provides access to two complete banks (disks) in parallel.
You can't access both disks simultaniously though, but by pressing
"00", you should be able to switch between the two, without any
loading or something.

I do not own an EII+, but that's what I know about the +.
The message you got probably demanded an entry whether you want to
load the second bank from drive 1 or 2.

Greets,
Elm.
