E-II Midi Through?

Hi! I'm pretty new to it and I'd like to know, if the midi signals coming into the E-II are also sent further to its Midi-Out-Port (or: does the Midi-Out-Port also function as a Midi Through-Port, like the Emax' does)? Thanx and Greetings, Elm.
