Hi,
Has anyone got this to work yet ?
I have downloaded the file straight into a Mac Quadra, and the file shows up
as a text document and not an application. I can't get this to
run....perhaps if the uploader could put the application into a .sit file
using StuffIt, that might work.
Any ideas ?

My soundesigner E II only runs on old mac\ufffds, i use a mac plus the perfect
companion for th E II

Yep you are right, it needs 24-bit addressing mode which my Quadra with OS 8
obviously can't do. I have a Mac IIvx to run the program on.

The problem is that the .bin file appears corrupted, as StuffIt fails with
code 39 when trying to decode the .bin file. I have tried downloading it a
few times, but no luck.

The SD for EII PDF manual is also corrupted and will not open up.

Anyone else tried this .bin ?
Anyone got it to work ?

But I've made a PDF of the manual - isn't that the file Rob has on his page?

Anybody elese has got any problems descompressing those 
files ? I dowloaded them from a MAc 6500 and I was able to 
open both without any problem at all, even the SD can be 
opened from my computer, weird thing because it's a Power PC 
processor.

Hi folks,
I spent the evening checking EMXP out with all the EII samples I have.
EMXP and MacDisk work really well and I have converted a number of
sample banks into HALion. However the samples really deserve Emulator X2
with its filters, and the decoding of the voice information to align the
samples and "synth" settings. Next on the list is opening up some Emax
and Emax II samples.
 
EMXP is highly recommended.
