I do have Digidesign softsynth SA for mac.
Think i uploaded this to the emax list some years ago, but could upload it here too.

But..
This is software from 1989 and at least the SA version is tied to the Digidesign sound accelerator hardware, which is also from around 1988.

Since computers were not very powerfull at that time i doubt that there is a version of softsynth which does not need a digidesign soundcard.

So, for the software to be usefull you would need:
a mac with nubus slots and mac os before version 7.5.
That leaves a mac IIcx, IIci, IIFX, quadra and perhaps a SE or LC.

You need to set the mac to 16 bits mode, this rules out any power mac if i remember correctly. it will crash consistently in 32 bit mode.

Then you need a digidesign sound accelerator I.
Perhaps it supports other dsp cards from that era, but i'm not sure.
If you really are interested i can put some effort in getting it working here and see if it there are options for other soundcards.

That said, is it worth it if you can run turbosynth on much more macs without a dsp card? Turbosynth can do much more than softsynth.
For exchanging to the E2 you could use alchemy.

If none of this seems familiar to you, then you need to be really dedicated and search for the hardware and put a lot of energy in getting that old mac and digi stuff to work.
