If you give up on it or it dies I want to buy the case. I've been dying to get an EII case and mod it with a midi controller, a great server grade PC heart and get Emu-Emulator X sampling system installed. Use the drive bays to hold a small touch screen. And get an old click heavey duty keyboard and paint it to match. Turn it into an Emulator II-Max. All in one sampling DAW that looks old school but can do it all! I think I can get a micro-AT motherboard and components inside that body. I could also use it to run all my 80's software synths plus the new Emulation II soft-synth, my Arturia Jupiter 8v2 etc. Have all my 80's favs in one board that looks like the classic EII! Please keep an eye and ear open for E-II cases!!! Thanks and good luck, of course I hope you get your EII up and running well. Nothing beats an original working EII! --- In emulatorII-list@yahoogroups.com, zom <zomnius@...> wrote: > > my main tip: > > first of all. revise the PSU or let someone with knowledge do this.
