If you do have it, the Main EPROM (not the Scanner EPROM) must be replaced temporarily with the Debug EPROM. Then follow the instructions I put in the other post about it (COM port, PuTTY, etc...).
For the exact serial connection parameters and the commands list, check the EII Service Manual.
