Has anyone in here adjusted/calibrated the EII PSU themselves in order to output the correct voltages?

I have an EII that has a floppy reading problem. When a disk is inserted I received the "Insert Disk" message with the floppy lights flashing alternatively. I already cleaned the heads. The drives are fine as well, as I swapped them out with my other working unit as I did the floppy ribbon cable. 

John (JMP) here in the forum indicated that he onced faced the same issue and after a technician tweaked the output of his psu the drives came back to life. I suspect that the same might be the case here. I believe I'm  technically savvy enough with a multimeter to undertake that procedure and some guidance of someone who has already done it.
