Yes, I have uploaded a 2 page document to the Files section of this group.
It's in the Technical folder, PDF file is called "EII Memory Test.pdf"

Note: the description is only valid for standard (not +) Emulators. The same kind of reasoning can be done for EII+ models too though, but you'll have to take into account the other type of memory ICs (different memory size capacity, and typically no additional memory board installed anymore)
