Ok. I am picking up my EII today from the tech downtown. Unfortunately no success on this unit after the PSU being recapped and every IC
reseated and Molex connectors sprayed with Deoxit. Still not booting fully. But the Crystal Fontz LCD will be here mid week from Seattle and the EII labels
are almost done too. I'm keeping that on the DL till I see the first prototype this week. I'm just using this EII as "test unit" for now on the LCD and label.
On a positive note, I am getting my LeCover vinyl cover for my EII+ signed by Alan Wilder tomorrow! He's gonna be in town for the Recoil performance.
I'm stoked. Maybe I can ask him if he still uses his EII still.

On Fri, Oct 22, 2010 at 7:29 AM, hexafuzz <gclip@...> wrote:
Hey James,
Please keep us posted. If you and Tim get this worked out to the point that its a drop-in replacement, we could organize a group buy. If the cost for ten units is as stated at Crystal Fontz, Id be in for two.

PS: I think blue text with a black background would be nice too: http://tinyurl.com/294p485
