Thanks James, I've just tried a search at Crystal Fontz and there was no exact match but will email them the details.   

According to the EPR site, the EII display is the same as the SP12 and original grey cased SP1200, is that what you have? I've heard the 'Forat' name bounced about a few times now, where or how is he contactable?
