Thanks for your response. I'll look into those. There was nothing obviously burnt, but that doesn't necessarily mean anything. I've got a service manual coming, so that should be a big help. I'll probably end up replacing most of the components on the power supply, especially the caps, but I want to take a more systematic approach rather than replace everything right away and not know what went bad.

You will need to look for shorts first, first in the powersupply unit (most likely it will be there), then if you haven't found anything, in the rest of the circuit. Look for burnt out parts, especially tantlum caps.
