EMXP has no batch interface (yet).

But you can select multiple or even all EII files for conversion in the selection screen (use 'M' or 'A' hotkeys), and EMXP will translate them all.
The only "problem" is that you have to confirm each translation by pressing ENTER and ESC, so you have to stay at the computer... True, it's boring but it goes pretty fast if you put yourself on automatic pilot on your PC keyboard (I just did 17 EII-->SF2 translations in 10 seconds).

Or you can just translate the banks that you are interested in :-)
