I believe the third OMI was Northstar banks which are - believe it or not - still sold through Northstar. The first two were among others made by Douglas Morton who is still selling these samples/CDROMs in some form through his company Q-Up Arts. I bought the two OMI CDROMs through him a couple of years ago. They are not available in SD2 format, but in CDS3 and .WAV format.
