"Trading", "Sharing", and "Willing to pay if necessary", are all
different methods of acquisition and you are not being clear or
consistent in your terminology. That said, the official position on
this list is as follows:

Using the group to locate fellow members for private trades and
discussing your trade details off-list is acceptable. However, using
the group as a means to illegally acquire or distribute copyrighted
materials is strictly off-limits and subject to membership termination.

We are the largest Emulator-II user group on the net. If we are the
folks who value this machine the most, then plain and simple, we
should be supporting the few vendors left who continue to offer
commercial products and support for this machine.

If anyone here is successful in securing written permission from the
current copyright holders concerning legal distribution, the
moderators will discuss changing this policy for any affected
commercial libraries. Until then, the "Private Trading Only" policy
stands.

PS: This also goes for any other commercial libraries (E-mu, FMS,
K-Muse etc); until we have specific written permission allowing legal
distribution, this policy affects them too.
