Great!
I managed to get the Mac Classic (Running 7.0.1) to see it's SCSI CD drive now!
I installed Stuffit, but unlike on the Mac IIsi, I was unable to drag the CD SIT file ontop of Stuffit.
I double clicked on stuffit, and then went to the 'file' tab.. one option was un-compress or something similar.. I could then uncompress the CD.SIT archive, and place the uncompressed "Apple CD 5.3.1 Extension" in the extension folder.. after booting up with the SCSI CD drive connected (Set to ID 3) and a CD in the drive, the MAC was able to see the Drive.
Now, If I can get the classic seeing the Emulator II, I'll be a happy man.
Regards
Mike
