In my case, I resoldered all cable connections on the PSU side and
everything came back in line. Been a long time now since I opened mine
though, so Ill leave it to someone who's sure to give the exact voltages.

Not sure about being E-II experts, but these two are at least
competent. At the very least Im sure you could call, explain your
needs and see what/who they recommend.
