emulatorII-list

This sounds like the DAC running empty. If, after cleaning, you still
have this faint noise, remove the 6072 (IC 55 if counting from 1 to 8)
and swap it with another channel. If no success, try swapping IC 31
(74HCT273 flip-flop/buffer).
