Possible sources: - http://www.emulatorarchive.com: buy the CD with cable, it contains the full Emu factory sound library and a lot more ! - contact members who own the full OMI library, see also topic on http://www.eiiiforum.com about sound banks for EII. You'll probably be lucky in getting a copy in one or another way... Above sources are CD-roms with SoundDesigner for EII files on it, so you'll need a Mac and an EII with rev1 board or RS422 upgrade kit. - http://www.northstarsamples.com/EIIFloppies.html. Here you can buy the full (and great) northstar sample library on floppy but they are VERY expensive. Note that 90% of their floppies have been released as the OMI volume 3 cd. Blank floppies ? I don't know where to get them, I got +300 of them when I bought my EII :-) But if you have a Mac you will almost never use these floppies except one or two to boot the EII. To load EII banks into the DPX, you can use DPXTOOLS (see http://users.skynet.be/emxp/DPX.htm) which enables you to convert SDforEII files into DPX format and to write these DPX images to 3.5 floppy disks which will load in your DPX. Of course you will need one of the higher OS versions of the DPX. I hope this helps.
